Summer Prize Draw

This summer, we are delighted to offer the chance to WIN in our SUMMER PRIZE DRAW! Are you going to be in it to win it?

 

For just £5 entry you could be in with the chance of winning one of our fantastic prizes including,

 

• Afternoon tea for 2 at 210 Bistro
• A tasty treats & tipples hamper
• A family visit to the Highland Wildlife Park and more...

 

Your entry will go directly to help the many children and young people who we support across Aberdeen city and Shire.

 

What Can £5 Provide?

·         An ice-cream for a child to enjoy during an outing with their befriendee

·         A pencil case for a young person when going back to school

·         Products to help with personal care and hygiene

·         Entry to a local farm park to see the animals

Entries
- Each entry costs £5
- Entrants must be over the age of 16 and a resident within the UK
- No entries will be accepted after 9am on Friday 30^th August
- Each entry will be allocated a number and the winners will be chosen at random

In-Person Sales (cash & card)
- Tickets can be purchased from a member of our team at community events throughout the summer including, but not limited to, Aberdeen Highland Games, Ellon Gala, Banchory Show, etc
- Tickets can also be purchased from our office at 9 Bon Accord Square, Aberdeen, AB11 6DJ
- Please note that Summer Prize Draw tickets sold during community events can only be purchased from a member of Befriend a Child who will be working within our branded stall (Befriend a Child tablecloth/gazebo) and wearing ID
- Our team will never sell tickets whilst walking around site, only at our designated stall
- A receipt will be issued to all in-person entries and all details (name, number and email address) will be recorded on our prize draw database in accordance with GDPR
- An email will be sent to confirm the entry the Monday following the in-person purchase where there is no internet connection to send at time of purchase

Online Sales
- Entries purchased via this website will receive an automated email response, confirming entry and all details (name, number and email address) will be recorded on our prize draw database in accordance with GDPR

Draw
- The draw will be made by means of random number generator on Friday 30^th August, 2024 at 2pm
- Befriend a Child will contact the winners following the draw on Friday 30^th August by phone and email
- All entrants into the draw consent to being contacted in relation to this draw by phone and/or email
- Please note that all information recorded will be used to communicate with you regarding this event and all data will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy
